Distribution characteristics of soil fauna communities in the forest-grassland ecotone of the West Tianshan Nature Reserve.

摘要: 选择西天山自然保护区森林草原交错带中乔木、灌木、草本植物、灌木+草本植物4种典型植被类型为研究对象,用手捡法采集大型土壤动物,用干漏斗法采集中小型土壤动物,分析不同植被类型对土壤动物群落特征的影响。结果表明:4种植被类型土壤动物优势类群为等节跳虫科、辐螨亚目、甲螨亚目、革螨亚目;乔木林土壤动物类群数、密度以及多样性、丰富度和均匀度指数为各生境最高。不同植被类型土壤动物在垂直方向上呈表聚性;土壤有机质、全磷、含水量等因子与土壤动物之间存在显著的正相关性,RDA分析显示铵态氮、全氮、速效钾等是影响土壤动物群落组成的主要限制因素。

Abstract: We examined the distribution of soil fauna in four typical vegetation types (trees, shrubs, herbaceous plants, shrubs+herbaceous plants) in the forest-grassland ecotone of the West Tianshan Nature Reserve. Large soil faunas were collected using hand picking method, while small and medium-sized soil faunas were separated using dry funnel method. We analyzed the variations of soil fauna community among different vegetation types. The results showed that the family Isognathidae, suborder Tetranychus, suborder Tetranychus, and suborder Gamasides were the dominant groups of soil faunas across the four vegetation types. The forest habitat had the highest number of soil fauna groups, density, diversity, richness, and evenness index. Soil fauna had the characteristics of surface aggregation in vertical direction across different vegetation types. There were significant positive correlations between soil organic matter, total phosphorus, water content and other environmental factors and soil fauna. RDA analysis showed that ammonium nitrogen, total nitrogen, and available potassium were the major factors affecting community composition of soil fauna.
