Meteorological Effects of Chinese Fir and Homana Mixed Stand

Abstract

Abstract: Observation data were obtained from Sep. to Dec.in 1983 and 1985 for 7-years old Cunninghamia lanceolata and Michelia macclurei mixed stands,which showed that:(1)the improvement of meteorological quality in the stand occured only in clear skys. (2) compared with their pure stands, the relative humidity in the mixed stand increased by 2% and 3% respectively. (3)the utilization ratio of light energy increased by 51% and 64% respectively.
