Ecological Investigations on the Zooplankton in Zhong River of Hangzhou

Abstract: Zhong River is a heavy polluted waterbody. It is recorded that there are 81 species of zooplankton, amoung which, Protozoan ciliata is predominant,Rotifera and Cladocera are poor, and Copepoda is exterminated. The results show that Zhong River belongs to polysaprobic waterbody.
