上海市崇明东滩湿地生态恢复与重建工程中社会经济价值分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着人类活动的增加,崇明东滩自然保护区内已被破坏或改变栖息地利用方式的湿地面积已达到8000hm²,其逗留、栖息和越冬的鸟类逐年减少。因此,为了保护鸟类,并且提高上海在自然保护和维护物种多样性方面的国际地位,恢复和重建崇明东滩的湿地环境受到上海市政府的高度重视。崇明东旺沙B01号样地的恢复与重建是上海市崇明东滩湿地生态恢复与生态重建工程中的一期工程,结合野外调查,综合运用市场价值法、造林成本法和生态价值法等研究方法,对该样地现有功能价值,以及对样地在恢复和重建之后所产生的功能价值进行了估算,得到该示范区现有功能价值为72.27万元人民币,而初步预计恢复和重建之后的功能价值为7016.95万元人民币。

Abstract: With the increase of human population,the inter-tidal mudflat and salt marshes of the eastern end of Chongming Island have been reclaimed as large as 8000 hectares during the last five years,which have resulted in waterbird species and population declining dramatically.This paper assessed the ecological,socioeconomic effects of the on-going wetland restoration project sponsored by the State Forestry Administration of China.The results indicated that within a restoration area of 133 hm²,the total values of wetland,in terms of ecological and socioeconomic value only,would increase from RMB 722 700 to 70 169 500 Yuan,which strongly proclaimed that the ecological engineering project would increase not only the ecological values,but also economic values.
