Abstract: This paper reviewed the mechanism and efficiency of purification of sewage by stabilization pond and treatment system, discussed the potential damage of sewage irrigation to soils and crops, gave an exposition of the choice and design of ecosystem engineering, and analysed its technical feasibility and economic benifits.
