41份木豆萌发期抗旱性综合评价

摘要: 对41份木豆(Cajanus cajan)种质资源进行种子萌发期抗旱性综合评价,测定发芽特性、活力指数、根系表面积和根系体积等10项指标,通过变异系数分析、相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数分析和聚类分析,对其进行萌发期抗旱性综合评价,同时分析干旱胁迫下不同抗旱性木豆的生理响应的差异。结果表明:41份木豆种子萌发期抗旱性差异显著,可将41份木豆种质资源划分成高抗旱型(1份)、抗旱型(10份)、中间型(28份)和敏感型(2份)4个类别。相对活力指数、相对根冠比、相对鲜重和相对根系平均直径可作为木豆萌发期抗旱性评价指标。高抗旱型木豆幼苗的SOD、POD和CAT酶活能力优于其他类别。通过综合评价,筛选出11份(D21024、D21035、D21022、D21094、D21031、D21030、D21061、D21134、D21136、D21009、D21023)萌发期抗旱性强的木豆种质,有望在干旱地区进行推广种植。

Abstract: The drought resistance of 41 pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan) germplasms during the germination period was examined with 10 indicators, including seed germination rate, germination index, vigor index, root surface area, and root volume. Coefficient of variation analysis, correlation analysis, principal component analysis, membership function analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate drought resistance. The differences of physiological responses of different drought-resistant pigeon pea materials were analyzed under drought stress. The results showed that drought resistance of the 41 pigeon pea materials was significantly different during seed germination. They could be classified into four types: highly drought resistant (1), drought resistant (10), intermediate (28), and sensitive (2). Relative vigor index, relative root-shoot ratio, relative fresh weight and relative average root diameter could be used as drought resistance evaluation indices of pigeon pea at seed germination stage. The activities of SOD, POD, and CAT in highly drought-resistant pigeon pea were higher than those of other types. Through comprehensive evaluation, 11 pigeon pea materials (D21024, D21035, D21022, D21094, D21031, D21030, D21061, D21134, D21136, D21009, and D21023) were screened out as materials with strong drought resistance, which could be widely planted in arid areas.
