甘蔗镰孢霉与工业用酶制剂对三七茎叶有效成分转化作用的比较

摘要: 采用生物技术对三七的种植废弃物——三七茎叶中的抗肿瘤成分人参皂苷化合物K(C-K)进行转化。比较β葡聚糖苷酶、纤维素酶和甘蔗镰孢霉(Fusarium sacchari)对三七茎叶废弃物中总皂苷的转化作用,以C-K为检测目标,优选转化活性强、C-K生成量高的转化方法。结果表明,三七茎叶经甘蔗镰孢霉转化后,C-K的产量是原皂苷中含量的215倍,是经β-葡聚糖苷酶转化的2.3倍、纤维素酶转化的3倍。

Abstract: The antitumor component ginsenoside compound K (C-K) in Panax notoginseng stems and leaves was bio-transformed with biotechnology. The effects of Fusarium sacchar and industrial enzyme preparations β-glucanase and cellulase on the biotransformation of total saponins in P. notoginseng’s leaf and stem were compared, and, with C-K as determination object, the preparation procedure with higher transformation activity and C-K yield was screened. The results showed that the C-K yield transformed by F. saccharwas was 215 times of that in crude saponion, and 2-3 and 3 times of that by β-glucanase and cellulase, respectively.
