城市生态安全评价方法研究——以北京市为例

摘要: 生态安全是指一个社会的物理环境能够在满足居住者需要的同时,又不削弱其自然储量的状态.目前生态安全的研究主要集中在国家和区域尺度上,且集中于横向比较,对城市生态安全的研究较少,而城市生态安全却是一个国家或区域生态安全的基础和核心.本文分析并借鉴了区域生态安全的评价方法,以北京市为例,探求维护城市生态安全的关键性生态环境要素,并通过对城市生态安全诊断指标的综合分析,从时间尺度上(1996~2002年)评价城市生态安全的现状和发展趋势,为城市生态安全的管理提供科学依据和指导.

Abstract: Ecological security is defined as the goal of stakeholders to create a condition where the physical surroundings of a community provide for the needs of its inhabitants without diminishing its natural stock.Recently,the study of ecological security is mainly on the national and regional levels,and focus on landscape orientation comparison.The study of urban ecological security is little,but it is the basis and core of national and regional ecological security.This paper analyzed and referenced the methodology of regional ecological security assessment,taking Beijing as an example.The ecological security situations and trends at time scale (1996~2002) were analyzed,with suggestions on the management of urban ecological security.
