三峡库区生态环境与可持续发展对策研究

摘要: 在分析三峡库区生态环境面临严峻挑战的基础上,指出了三峡库区生态环境的脆弱性、自然资源的不合理开发、管理不当和协调失误、法制观念淡薄和执法力度不足是造成三峡库区生态环境恶化的主要原因,最后提出了减缓三峡库区生态环境恶化的可持续发展对策:生态环境恢复与重建,农业生产方式的转变,管理制度的改革。

关键词: 杉木人工林, 18S rDNA, 宏基因组分析, 群落结构, 群落多样性

Abstract: The study on the recent eco-environmental condition in the Three Gorges Reservoir area showed that the vulnerability of eco-environment,irrational exploitation of natural resources,and misgovernment and legal sense absence were the main causes of the deterioration of the eco-environment in this area.Some countermeasures,e.g.,restoring and rebuilding eco-environment,converting agricultural production modes,and reforming administration system,were proposed to ensure the sustainable development of this area.
