Abstract: Through widely investigating the vegetations in Yunjushan,Jinggangshan,Lianhuashan,Lushan,Xin jian,Dagangshan,Yongfeng and Wuyunshan,and thoroughly analysing thelife-forms of evergreen broad-leaved forest in subtropics of China,the following conclusionswere drawn.1.It is dominated by the phanerophytes in the forest.2.With the decrease ofthe latitude and the progressive succession of the eco-series,the percentage of phanerophytesin the forest increases,but other life forms decreases correspondingly.In the northern,central and southern parts of the evergeen broad-leaved forest zone,the percentage of phane-rophytes is respectively 60—70%,70—80% and 80—90%.
