摘要：

线虫的感器主要分布在头部和尾部，其中头感器是线虫体内主要的化学感器。感器能够分泌一些物质，这些分泌物与化学感受作用密切相关。化学趋性在线虫寻找食物、寻找配偶和个体间互作等方面起重要作用；植物寄生线虫的化学趋性主要包括两个方面：一是对寄主植物的趋性，二是对性信息素的应答。电生理学技术弥补了琼脂平板法对线虫行为学测试的局限性，为线虫对化学信息素应答的分析提供了良好的技术和方法。由于化学趋性在植物寄生线虫活动中的重要作用，这方面的研究为开发新的防治技术提供重要的依据。本文就植物寄生线虫的感器、化学感受作用，电生理学分析和化学趋性在线虫防治上的应用前景等方面进行了综述。

Abstract: The sensilla of nematode are mainly arranged in anterior and end portions of the body. The main concentration of sensilla is at the anterior end of nematodes. Amphidial secretions are closely related to the nematode sensory perception. Chemotaxis plays an important role in foodfinding, matefinding, and other aspects of nematode interactions. Nematode chemotaxis contains the response to host plants, and sex pheromones attraction. Electrophysiological technology makes up for the limitations and disadvantages of agar plate behavioral bioassays, which provides a better method and technique for analyzing the response of nematodes to chemical stimulation. As chemotaxis plays an important role in activity and life history of plant parasitic nematodes, studies on chemotaxis offer references for developing novel and non-environmentally hazardous control methods. This review focuses on nematodes sensilla, chemoreception, electrophysiological technique and control potential.
