Super-coordination Theory for Programming of Regional Urban Groups——Application of Ecological Principles in Urban Planning

Abstract: The energy and resources needed for population and economic growth should be structurallyoptimized and functionally coordinated with the natural providing ability confined by regional“environmental capacity”and“ecological sustainability”,realizing the best effective supercoordination.This is the highest objective of designing for the harmony of man and natureand the fundamental principle for regional urban planning.The nowadays disoiders are the important causes of the“city diseases”and the destruction of regional ecological stability.It requires precautions of various circles.
