Abstract: The article evaluated and expounded the historic and current situation of the Yellow River cut-off and its influence on ecology environment in Huanghe Delta.Based on the survey of the data including the achievements in scientific research and the economic and social statistical data,ten counter-measures and proposals for reducing influence on the ecology environment by means of qualitative andquantitaive analysis were put forward.
