生物表面活性剂修复重金属污染研究进展

摘要: 重金属在环境中积累会对动植物和人体健康造成危害.生物表面活性剂环境相容性好,在环境污染修复方面的应用日益受到关注.本文介绍了生物表面活性剂及其在重金属污染修复中的应用;生物表面活性剂与重金属络合的机理;影响二者络合的因素(如pH值、表面活性剂浓度、重金属存在形态等);对生物表面活性剂修复重金属污染的前景进行了展望.

关键词: 一枝黄花, 化感作用, 浸提液, 生物测定

Abstract: Heavy metals are toxic substances that may cause damages to normal organisms.Remediation of heavy-metal contamination has become an important and urgent issue.Bioremediation with biosurfactants has been paid more attention for their good biodegradation capability and compatibility.This paper reviewed the methods and mechanisms of remediation of heavy-metal contaminated soil and wastewater with biosurfactants.Effect of some factors on metals complexation,such as pH value,biosurfactants concentration and speciation of heavy metal contamination were analyzed.
