Abstract: The concept of value was introduced into the ecological science in the article.It advancedthat natural resources also had a value which challenged the traditional idea about theconcept of value.The evaluation of environment in value and economic evaluation ofnatural resources were discussed.The ecological index and the method to calculate it weregiven too.
