Abstract

Abstract: Investigation of cuticular transport physiology is of great importance for ecological, environmental and agrochemical research. Isolation of intact cuticles is a crucial prerequisite for these studies. Relative studies have not been seen in our country.The method of enzymatic isolation of cuticles was described in this paper.
