Abstract: Soil surface CO2 flux was measured in Karst area in Guiyang,South Western China.Other soil parameters such as soil microbial biomass carbon, soil soluble organic carbon, and soil moisture were determined at the same time. Results revealed significant positive correlations between soil surface CO2 flux and soil temperature,as well as significant negative correlations with soil microbial biomass carbon.Soil surface CO2 flux is positively correlated with soil moisture and negatively correlated with soil soluble organic carbon, respectively.
