Abstract: This paper discusses the variations of eco-environment in Min Jiang basin of Fujian, gives a brief analysis to its population structure of plants and animals, environmental quality, functions of rivers, natural resources and calamities, predicts the tendencies of population growth, environmental pollution and resource destruction, and puts forward some countermeasures.
