BREEDING HABITS OF THICK-BILLED REED WARBLER (PHRAGAMATICOLA AEDON RUFESCENS, STEGMAN)

Abstract: Thick-billed reed warbler is a beneficial bird for agriculture and forestry. According to the field observation on the northern slope of Changbai Mountain in 1979—1981, the breeding habits of this bird were studied with respect to the selection and distribution of nest area, nest building, incubation, brood feeding and eating patterns.
