摘要: nirKnirS基因为标记,利用PCR-DGGE技术研究了好氧条件下复合生物膜-活性污泥反应器中的反硝化群落结构。结果表明,样品中大部分nirK-反硝化菌都属于α-变形菌纲中的根瘤菌目Rhizobiales,而nirS-反硝化菌则与β-变形菌纲(包括红环菌目Rhodocyclales和伯克氏菌目Burkholderiales)及γ-变形菌纲(假单胞菌目Pseudomonadales)细菌相似。在nirK-及nirS-群落中均发现了未与已知菌群聚类的特殊序列。细菌的生长方式(生物膜或活性污泥)对反硝化群落结构有显著影响。这些结果将为生物膜-活性污泥复合工艺中的反硝化过程提供基础数据。

Abstract: By using nirK and nirS as the markers, and with the methods of PCR and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE), this paper studied the community structure of denitrifying bacteria in a hybrid AS-biofilm reactor under aerobic condition. In the samples collected, most of nirK-containing denitrifiers were belonged to the known Rhizobiales bacteria of α-proteobacteria, while the nirS-containing denitrifiers were similar to β-proteobacterium (Rhodocyclales and Burkholderiales) and γ-proteobacterium (Pseudomonadales). Some specific sequences were found in nirS- and nirK-denitrifying communities. The data also demonstrated that the growth patterns of bacteria in biofilm or activated sludge could make a significant shift on the denitrifying community structure. These results would provide fundamental information for the understanding of the denitrificaiton in the hybrid AS-biofilm process under aerobic condition.
