兴安盟草甸草原主要群落特征及其影响因素

摘要: 草甸草原是兴安盟区域生态安全与牧业发展的基础。目前受气候变化与人为活动影响,其群落结构与多样性正发生改变,但因缺乏系统调查,现状认识不足,制约科学保护与管理。本研究利用样方调查法,在兴安盟内选择3个旗县共设置15个样地对薄鞘隐子草群系、日荫菅群系、寸草薹群系、羊草群系4个群系下的群落进行样方调查,利用典范对应分析(CCA)对环境因子与群落物种组成之间的关系进行分析。结果表明:(1)调查样地共有35科90属135种植物,优势科主要有菊科、禾本科、豆科、蔷薇科等。(2)各群系间的群落α多样性存在显著差异,薄鞘隐子草群系、寸草薹群系对兴安盟生境的适应能力较强。(3)经度、年平均气温、最冷月最低温度、海拔和凋落物含水率对兴安盟草甸草原的物种组成起主导作用;海拔和降水对兴安盟草甸草原的群落α多样性起主导作用。研究结果将为区域生物多样性保护与维持提供科学依据。

Abstract: Meadow steppe is a critical foundation for regional ecological security and husbandry development in Hinggan League. Under the combined influence of climate change and anthropogenic activities, these grasslands are experiencing notable alterations in community structure and biodiversity. The absence of systematic surveys and limited understanding of present conditions have constrained effective scientific conservation and management efforts. We established 15 plots across 3 counties in Hinggan League to survey communities belonging to four formations including Form. Cleistogenes festucacea, Form. Carex pediformis, Form. Setaria viridis and Form. Leymus chinensis. We used canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) to examine the relationship between environmental factors and species composition. The results showed that: (1) A total of 135 plant species belonging to 90 genera and 35 families were recorded. The dominant families were Asteraceae, Poaceae, Fabaceae, and Rosaceae. (2) Community α-diversity differed significantly among the four formations. In particular, the Cleistogenes festucacea and Carex pediformis formations exhibited strong adaptability to the habitats of Hinggan League. (3) Longitude, mean annual temperature, minimum temperature of the coldest month, altitude, and litter moisture content were key determinants shaping species composition. Meanwhile, altitude and precipitation were dominant drivers influencing α-diversity. These findings provide a scientific basis for the conservation and maintenance of regional biodiversity.
