京津冀城市群城市化与生态系统服务时空分布变化的关系

The relationship between urbanization and spatiotemporal variations in ecosystem services in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.

摘要: 城市化通过改变土地利用、土地覆盖类型,影响各种生态系统服务。以往的研究大多聚焦在单一城市和小区域的研究,对城市群城市化与生态系统服务的空间交互作用研究不足。本研究采用空间自相关模型对2000—2020年京津冀城市群城市化与生态系统服务的空间交互作用进行了测度。结果表明:京津冀城市群城市化指标——城市比例、人口密度、GDP密度均呈现上升趋势,在空间分布上呈现相似的空间格局;不同生态系统服务的变化不同;城市群整体粮食供应明显增加;除城市群西北部的生态涵养区外,其余区域的碳储量和生境质量均呈现下降趋势;碳储量、生境质量与综合城市化指标呈负相关,城市土地扩张与生态系统服务下降直接相关,而人口和经济增长对生态系统服务有间接影响。本研究对帮助实现京津冀地区可持续协调发展,高质量的国土空间开发提供参考。

Abstract:

Urbanization significantly alters land use and land cover, with consequence on ecosystem services. While previous studies have predominantly focused on individual cities or small-scale regions, the spatial interactions between urbanization and ecosystem services in urban agglomerations remains less understood. We used spatial autoregressive models to assess the spatial interaction between urbanization and ecosystem services in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) urban agglomeration from 2000 to 2020. We found that urbanization indicators in the BTH region, including urban proportion, population density, and GDP density, exhibited an upward trend. They shared the similar spatial distribution patterns. Different ecosystem services showed differentiated variations. Food supply increased significantly across the urban agglomeration, while carbon storage and habitat quality declined in most areas, except for the ecological conservation zone in the northwest. Carbon storage and habitat quality were negatively correlated with the comprehensive urbanization index. Urban land expansion was directly associated with the degradation of ecosystem services, while population and economic growth exerted indirect influences. This study provides valuable insights for promoting sustainable and coordinated development, as well as high-quality spatial development in the BTH region.
