摘要: 我国茶园普遍存在土壤酸化问题,已成为影响茶园土壤健康和茶叶优质高产的主要限制因素。本文分析了茶园土壤酸化现状、机制及原因和调控途径,以及它对茶树栽培环境、茶叶品质和产量、茶树元素地球化学的影响等。茶园土壤酸化会对茶树栽培土壤理化性质、矿质营养元素、有害元素和微生物等造成一些不利影响,可能会抑制茶树对矿质营养元素的吸收、增加茶树对有害元素的积累,从而影响茶树正常生长,最终降低茶叶品质和产量,增加茶叶中有害元素健康风险。未来土壤酸化研究可以聚焦于加强茶树品种选育工作、茶树栽培管理措施以及矿质营养元素和有害元素生物地球化学循环等方面。

Abstract: Soil acidification is widespread in Chinese tea gardens, emerging as a primary factor affecting soil health of tea garden and the high-quality and high-yield production of tea. We analyzed the current status, mechanisms, causes, and regulatory approaches of soil acidification in tea gardens, as well as its impacts on the cultivation environment of tea plants, tea quality and yield, and the geochemistry of tea plants. Soil acidification can affect the physical and chemical properties, mineral nutrient elements, harmful elements, and microorganisms in the soil. It might hinder the absorption of mineral nutrients and promote the accumulation of harmful elements in tea plants, thereby affecting tea plant growth and ultimately reducing the yield and quality of tea, as well as raising the health risks associated with harmful elements in tea products. Future research on soil acidification should focus on strengthening tea plant variety breeding, tea cultivation management measures, and the biogeochemical cycles of mineral nutrients and harmful elements.
