景观组成和配置对人工林生境中步甲分类和功能多样性的影响

Effects of landscape composition and configuration on the taxonomic and functional diversity of carabid beetles in plantation forest habitats.

摘要: 植树造林大范围更换了原有土地利用类型,这种变化导致景观结构的变化。本研究旨在探究安塞区人工林中步甲多样性与景观组成和景观配置之间的响应关系。按照景观组成占比分4个类型共选择了20个样地,对步甲进行采样,在样地周围圆形景观100~1000 m的5个尺度上计算景观指标并与步甲丰度、丰富度、香农多样性、功能丰富度、功能分异度、Rao的二次熵进行建模分析。结果表明:不同类型样地间步甲多样性未见显著差异;所有尺度上林地斑块总面积未与步甲丰度和丰富度产生显著相关性,林地和农田斑块总面积对步甲香农多样性和功能多样性有积极影响;灌木斑块总面积对步甲丰度产生负面影响,其对步甲多样性仍是有利因素;林地斑块形状指数在多个尺度与步甲丰度和功能分异度呈负相关;林地斑块连通性促进了优势物种数量的丰富,农田和草地斑块连通性在250 m尺度对步甲香农多样性有正向影响,草地斑块连通性的影响方向在750 m尺度发生转变。基于提高该地区人工林景观异质性与生物多样性目标,本文提出以下保护修复策略:(1)未来土地管理计划中,应制定合理的景观组成配比方案。当前的林地应继续维持或增加并提升林分结构的异质性,人工种植灌木林也应被重视与管理。(2)对林地斑块复杂的形状进行修补以减少边缘面积,修补时植被结构应模拟自然的边缘,并对靠近林地边缘的人类干扰进行管理。(3)改善林地斑块连通性,以促进扩散。

Abstract: Afforestation has extensively replaced the original land use types, leading to changes in landscape structure. This study aimed to explore the relationship between carabid beetle diversity and landscape composition and configuration in tree plantations in Ansai, Shaanxi. A total of 20 plots were selected based on the proportions of four types of landscape composition. Carabid beetles were sampled, and landscape metrics were calculated at five scales (100-1000 m) in the circular landscapes around the plots. We analyzed the relationships of landscape metrics with carabid beetle abundance, richness, Shannon diversity, functional richness, functional divergence, and Rao’s quadratic entropy. We found no significant differences in carabid beetle diversity among the different plot types. At all scales, the total patch area of woodland was not significantly correlated with carabid beetle abundance and richness. However, the total patch area of woodland and farmland positively influenced Shannon diversity and functional diversity of carabid beetles. The total patch area of shrubland negatively affected abundance and positively affected diversity. The woodland patch shape index showed a negative correlation with carabid beetle abundance and functional diversity at multiple scales. Woodland patch connectivity promoted the abundance of dominant species. The connectivity of farmland and grassland patches had a positive effect on Shannon diversity at the 250 m scale, while the influence direction of grassland patch connectivity reversed at the 750 m scale. Based on the goal of enhancing landscape heterogeneity and biodiversity in tree plantations, the following conservation strategies are proposed: (1) Future land management plans should include a welldesigned landscape composition scheme. Woodland area should be maintained or increased to improve the heterogeneity of forest stand structure, and planted shrublands should also be considered and managed. (2) Complex woodland patch shapes should be modified to reduce edge areas, with vegetati on structure mimicking natural edges, and human disturbances near woodland edges should be controlled. (3) Measures to enhance the connectivity of woodland patches should be considered to facilitate dispersal.
