四川美姑大风顶自然保护区森林群落谱系结构特征

摘要: 通过研究群落谱系结构,可以从进化和生态的角度探究群落构建成因。基于四川美姑大风顶自然保护区4个不同地势的小型样地调查数据,构建物种间的系统发育树,分析不同空间和不同径级尺度群落谱系结构。研究发现,4个小型样地净谱系亲缘关系指数(NRI)均小于0,群落谱系发散,其发散程度随空间尺度的增大而增加,但随径级尺度增加呈现先减少后增加再减少趋势。小径级在小空间尺度表现为生境过滤主导的谱系聚集(NRI>0);大径级表现为由竞争排斥主导的谱系发散(NRI<0),其发散程度随径级和空间尺度增加而增大。结果表明,生态位理论介导的竞争排斥在四川美姑大风顶自然保护区森林群落构建发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Investigating the phylogenetic structure of communities can provide insights into the mechanisms of community assembly from both evolutionary and ecological perspectives. Based on the survey data from four forest plots at different elevations within the Meigu Dafengding Nature Reserve in Sichuan, the phylogenetic relationships were constructed to analyze the community phylogenetic structure across various temporal and spatial scales by using the net relatedness index (NRI). Results showed that the NRI values of all the four plots were less than zero, indicating phylogenetic overdispersion within the communities. The degree of dispersion increased with increasing spatial scale, but exhibited an initial decrease followed by an increase and then another decrease as small scale. Communities with small DBH-class exhibited phylogenetic clustering dominated by habitat filtering (NRI>0) at smaller spatial scales. In contrast, communities with larger DBH-class demonstrated phylogenetic overdispersion (NRI<0) driven by competitive exclusion, with the degree of dispersion increasing alongside both DBH-class and spatial scale. Our results indicated that competitive exclusion mediated by niche theory played a significant role in the assembly of forest communities in Sichuan Meigu Dafengding Nature Reserve.
