Abstract: Carnation inoculated with leaf spot was cultivated under different concentration of nitrogen and calcium in this experiment. The result showed that the nutrition state [NO-3(0.024%~0.025%),Ca2+ (0.022%~0.0342%)] was helpful to keep higher activity of POD and PPOand enhance the carnation's resistance to the germs.
