复合保水材料对苗木生长的影响

摘要: 为探索保水剂与外源物质配比形成的复合保水材料对苗木生长的影响,以2年生核桃(Juglans regia)、山杏(Prunus armeniaca)、刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)和杨树(Populus sp.)幼苗为实验材料进行盆栽正交实验,以苗木的生长因子(叶面积和新梢生长高度)来评价复合保水材料对苗木的影响。结果表明,不同复合保水材料均能促进苗木的生长,在实验保水剂用量范围保水剂用量增加促进效果增大。杨树最佳配方为处理15(保水剂20 g,聚天门冬氨酸1.0 g,复合肥0 g,土壤含水量7%),在此处理下杨树叶面积比对照增长48%,新梢生长高度比对照增长21%。核桃、山杏、刺槐的最佳配方分别为处理3(保水剂20 g,聚天门冬氨酸1.5 g,复合肥15 g,土壤含水量12%)、处理6(保水剂15 g,聚天门冬氨酸0.5 g,复合肥0 g,土壤含水量12%)、处理10(保水剂15 g,聚天门冬氨酸0 g,复合肥15 g,土壤含水量7%)。

Abstract: To explore the effects of superabsorbent polymer composites (SAPCs) on tree seedling’s growth, a pot experiment with orthogonal design was conducted, using 2-year oldJuglans regia, Prunus armeniaca, Robinia pseudoacacia, and Populus sp. as test objects, and taking leaf area and new shoot height as the growth indicators. The SAPCs were composed of different proportions of superabsorbent polymer, polyaspartic acid, and compound fertilizer. All the test SAPCs promoted the seedling growth, and the promotion effect increased with increasing application dosage. The best proportions of the SAPCs for the seedlings were 20 g superabsorbent polymer, 1.5 g polyaspartic acid, and 15 g compound fertilizer (soil moisture content was 12%) for J. regia, 15 g superabsorbent polymer, 0.5 g polyaspartic acid, and 0 g compound fertilizer (soil moisture content was 12%) for P. armeniaca, 15 g superabsorbent polymer, 0 g polyaspartic acid, and 15 g compound fertilizer (soil water content was 7%) for R. pseudoacacia, and 20 g superabsorbent polymer, 1.0 g polyaspartic acid, and 0 g compound fertilizer (soil moisture content was 7%) for Populus. As compared with the control, the leaf area and new shoot height of the poplar seedlings under the application of the SAPC were increased by 48% and 21%, respectively.
