堆肥处理对污泥腐殖物质形态及其重金属分配的影响

Component changes of humic substances and heavy metal distribution before and after sewage sludge composting

摘要: 采用透析、凝胶色谱(Sephadex G75)研究了污泥堆肥前后腐殖质分子大小的变化及重金属Cu和Zn在各级组分中的分配。透析结果表明,污泥经过堆腐以后,腐殖质中小分子物质(<1000Da)组分的含量下降64%,而相对高分子组分(>25000Da)却增加了68%。凝胶色谱进一步证实,污泥经过49d堆腐后,腐殖质中大于2000KDa的大分子组分是堆肥起始时的23倍。而小分子组分明显减少,表现在小分子组分的凝胶洗脱体积明显减少。堆肥腐熟以后,腐殖质吸附的Cu、Zn元素含量增加,其中Cu主要被吸附在大分子物质上,而Zn主要与小分子物质结合。

Abstract: Molecular size distribution of humic substance before and after sludge composting was investigated by dialysis and Sephadex Gel-75 chromatography. Cu and Zn in each fractions of different molecular size were also determined. The results showed that after composting, the content of low molecular size fraction with molecular weight cut off <1000 Da in humic substance decreased by 64% while high molecular size fraction with >25000 Da increased by 68%. The evidence from the Gel-75 chromatography also further confirmed that the content of the higher molecular size fraction with >2000 KDa in composted sludge was 2.3 times higher than that of non-composted sludge. In the different fractions of humic substance, Cu was found to be more favorably bound with high molecular size fraction, but Zn was easily associated with low molecular size fraction.
