不同氮形态对濒危药用植物三叶青叶片光合、能量分配和抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘要: 为给珍稀濒危药用植物三叶青(Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg) 优质高产高效栽培的合理氮肥运筹提供理论依据,本研究以遮荫条件下(30%自然光)生长的三叶青为试验材料,采用盆栽试验方法,观测了两种不同氮肥形态处理(硝态氮和铵态氮)对其叶片光合特性、能量利用特性和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:两种不同形态氮素处理对三叶青叶面积、比叶重、叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性以及能量分配的特性影响并不显著;而硝态氮处理下光合参数(光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率)显著高于铵态氮处理,过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量显著低于铵态氮处理。综上所述,显著低于长期施用硝态氮更有利于三叶青的生长发育。

Abstract: To provide theoretical basis for rational nitrogen (N) fertilizer management of an endangered medicinal plant, Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg, the effects of two different N forms (NO3--N and NH4+-N) on photosynthesis, energy allocation and activities of antioxidant enzymes in the leaves of T. hemsleyanum seedlings grown under shading conditions (30% of full sunlight) were investigated. The results showed that two different N forms had no significant effects on leaf area, specific leaf weight, chlorophyll content, superoxide dismutase activity, catalase activity and energy allocation pattern. The photosynthetic parameters (net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, and transpiration rate) were significantly higher and peroxidase activity and malondialdehyde content were significantly lower in the leaves of T. hemsleyanum under NO3--N supply than that under NH4+-N supply. Our results indicated that  the application of NO3--N is more conducive to the growth of T. hemsleyanum.
