Abstract: The distribution and interspecific assoclation of rodents in Fujian were studied vvith statistic ecology methods. Among different natural landscapes,the subregions of distribution of rodents in Fujian differ from each other,and are clustered into south and north faunal regions by using cluster analysis. There is a closest relationship between Wuyi and Jiufeng Mountains(northwestern and eastern Fujian province),indicated by 6 indices among10 distance indices. It is revealed that 38 species pairs among 406 species pairs consisting of 29 rodent species in Fujian are significantly associated, in which, 33 pairs are positive and 5 pairs are negative.
