Abstract: Reveting is an important problem in coastal reclamation region. This paper presents the research on biological revetment by planting various kinds of fruit trees. The optimum method of biological revetment is obtained by analyzing the effectiveness for slope protection and economic benefits of various trees and by integrated scoring method. Planting fruit trees on river bank slopes can not only conserve water and soil,but also open up a new way for increasing rural economic income.
