Abstract: The dynamic process of fishery ecolomic system was described with mathematical models.The interaction between economic and ecological subsystems and their changes of cycle flow with the development of fishery and the change of the ratio of fishing cost to fish pricewere analysed in detail.Finally,effective management measures designated to achieve arational structure in fishery ecolomic system were suggested.
