Abstract: The author suggests that under the prerequisite of maintaining ecological balance, animal husbandry can be rapidly developed through fully utilizing natural resources. Heroages can fix such resources as water, heat and nitrogen. Feeding cattles with herbages can supply mankind with food and other products. The manures from cattles can in turn meet the needs of herbages.
